Mark L. Fornaris, P.A. is a full service law firm providing exceptional legal services to a variety of corporate, business and individual clients. Our firm's goal is to deliver results, with an unparalleled level of quality and personal attention to each and every client. The law firm was founded by our managing partner, Mark L. Fornaris, Esq. with the vision of bringing together an elite group of attorneys with highly specialized skills, who had both a top-tier legal education and broad experience with some of the most prestigious law firms, banks and corporations in the United States. Mark L. Fornaris P.A. practices in several areas of the law, with a focus on business/corporate matters, immigration, bankruptcy, intellectual property and civil/commercial litigation. Our law firm has three (3) offices in the State of Florida in Miami, West Palm Beach, and Orlando and a regional office in Southern California. We practice before state and federal courts in Florida, California and New York as well as all immigration courts throughout the United States.
In the area of business/corporate law, we handle all business and contractual matters including partnerships, joint ventures, corporate formations, corporate financings, investment funds (domestic and offshore) and securities. We have extensive expertise in advising clients on corporate transactions involving foreign subsidiaries and financing transactions in Europe, Asia and Latin America, compliance and regulatory oversight of banking institutions and money service businesses and the regulatory oversight associated with the formation and operation of investment vehicles, including private investment funds such as hedge funds.
In the area of immigration, our law firm routinely handles business immigration matters involving professional and non-immigrant visas and represents clients before the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services Division of the Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Immigration Courts and U.S. Customs and Border Protection. We have handled complex immigration cases involving professional visas, citizenship/naturalization, family petitions and deportation/removal proceedings.
Together with our corporate department, our firm is particularly successful in finding creative business strategies for foreign nationals which allow for client solutions relating to both their business initiatives and immigration matters. We specialize in professional and work-related visas which allow foreign nationals to obtain lawful immigration status in the United States for our clients and their families. We are able to provide broad and permanent solutions to business clients from abroad who aim to both start and/or operate a business in the United States while also being able to obtain lawful immigration status. Mark L. Fornaris, Esq., our managing partner, heads the immigration practice. Mr. Fornaris has previously served as corporate counsel for the New York office of Barclays Capital, the English investment bank and has been named as a "Rising Star" and a SuperLawyer by Florida Super Lawyers Magazine in immigration matters, which is an honor bestowed upon less than 2% of all attorneys in the State of Florida.
